Choosing Your Vendor Type
Small Business – Independent vendors, artisans, makers, or locally-owned businesses. Typically owner-operated, not part of a national chain, and may have only a few employees (or be a one-person shop). Examples: handmade goods, local boutiques, food trucks, craft vendors.
Corporate – Larger businesses, national/regional brands, or companies that operate as part of a corporate structure. These vendors often have multiple locations, are franchise-based, or have a larger workforce and resources. Examples: major retailers, large service providers, banks, insurance companies.
