About This Evening

Santorini's Assyrtiko is one of the wine world's most distinctive white grapes, and Estate Argyros is its definitive producer. The Argyros family has farmed these volcanic terraces since 1903, training their ancient vines in the traditional kouloura basket shape to protect them from the fierce island winds. The result is a wine of extraordinary minerality — saline, taut, and electric in a way that is simply unlike anything else. This evening spans from the entry-level Atlantis to the rare Vinsanto dessert wine, offering a complete portrait of what Santorini's ancient volcanic landscape can produce.

What You'll Taste

·  Atlantis White — Zesty and saline, the approachable entry point with ocean-air minerality

·  Assyrtiko Santorini — The benchmark: intense lemon, volcanic ash, and stunning tension

·  Aidani — Softer and floral, same terroir but a gentler, jasmine-scented personality

·  Cuvée Monsignori — Old-vine Assyrtiko aged in oak: concentrated, complex, extraordinary

·  Vinsanto — Santorini's liquid history: sun-dried grapes, amber color, infinite complexity
