"One Grape. Infinite Expression."
Five glasses. One grape variety. A range that stretches from bone-dry to lusciously sweet — and every one of them unforgettable.
Chenin Blanc is one of the world's most versatile white grapes, and nobody proves it better than Domaine Huet. Founded in 1928 and farmed biodynamically since 1990, this Loire Valley legend produces wines capable of aging for 50 years or more. In a single evening you'll taste the same grape across five completely different expressions — still and sparkling, dry to dessert — with nothing changing but the winemaking and the terroir. It's the clearest possible demonstration of what Chenin Blanc can do.
· Le Haut-Lieu Sec — Dry, mineral, and precise with green apple and lemon zest
· Le Mont Sec — Fuller and more textured, with honeydew and a stony finish
· Clos du Bourg Demi-Sec — Off-dry and elegant, apricot and chamomile in perfect balance
· Pétillant Brut — Lively sparkling Chenin, crisp and celebratory
· Moelleux — The grand finale: honeyed, complex, and impossibly fresh for a sweet wine
Understanding why acid is a wine's best friend — and why Chenin Blanc is one of the world's most underrated grapes.
